Kısaca: Ondue senden hiçbir kişisel veri toplamaz. Hesap, sunucu, reklam, analiz ya da takip yoktur. Girdiğin her şey cihazında ve istersen kendi iCloud hesabında saklanır. Biz bu verileri göremeyiz.

1. Biz kimiz

Ondue, serbest çalışanlar ve küçük işletmeler için bir fatura, teklif, makbuz ve gider uygulamasıdır. Bu politika, iOS için Ondue uygulamasını ve bu web sitesini kapsar. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) açısından iletişim adresimiz: ondue.destek@gmail.com.

2. Topladığımız veriler

Hiçbiri. Ondue'nun bir sunucusu yoktur ve uygulama bize hiçbir veri göndermez. Kayıt ya da giriş gerekmez. Uygulamada reklam, analiz aracı, hata raporlama servisi ya da başka uygulama ve sitelerde seni takip eden bir teknoloji bulunmaz.

3. Cihazında saklanan veriler

Uygulamaya girdiğin bilgiler yalnızca iPhone'undaki uygulama veritabanında tutulur:

İşletme bilgilerin (ad, adres, vergi numarası, logo, imza, banka ve ödeme linkleri)
Müşterilerin ve iletişim bilgileri
Faturalar, teklifler, makbuzlar, iade faturaları ve ödeme kayıtları
Giderler ve eklediğin fotoğraflar
Uygulama ayarların

Bu bilgilerin doğruluğundan ve müşterilerinin verilerini işlemek için gerekli hukuki dayanaktan sen sorumlusun; Ondue yalnızca bu verileri senin cihazında saklayan bir araçtır.

4. iCloud yedeği

iCloud yedeği açıkken uygulama verilerinin bir kopyası, Apple'ın iCloud Drive hizmetinde senin hesabına ait, yalnızca Ondue'nun erişebildiği özel bir alana kaydedilir. Bu yedek, uygulamayı silip yeniden yüklediğinde ya da yeni bir iPhone'a geçtiğinde verilerini geri yüklemek için kullanılır. Biz bu yedeğe erişemeyiz. Yedeklemeyi uygulamada Ayarlar bölümünden kapatabilirsin. iCloud, Apple'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir.

5. İzinler

İzin	Ne için
Bildirimler	Geciken fatura hatırlatmaları ve seyrek ipuçları. Bildirimler cihazında planlanır, sunucudan gönderilmez.
Kişiler	Rehberinden müşteri aktarmak. Yalnızca seçtiğin kişinin bilgileri uygulamaya kopyalanır, rehberin okunmaz ya da bir yere gönderilmez.
Kamera ve Fotoğraflar	Logo, fatura ekleri ve gider fişi fotoğrafları eklemek.

İzinleri istediğin zaman iPhone'un Ayarlar › Ondue bölümünden değiştirebilirsin.

6. Üçüncü taraflar

Apple (App Store ve abonelik): Abonelik satın alma ve yenileme işlemleri tamamen Apple tarafından yürütülür. Ödeme bilgilerini görmeyiz; uygulama yalnızca Apple'dan aboneliğinin aktif olup olmadığını öğrenir.
Döviz kurları (Frankfurter / Avrupa Merkez Bankası): Yalnızca Kurları güncelle düğmesine bastığında, uygulama api.frankfurter.dev adresinden güncel kurları ister. Bu istekte yalnızca para birimi kodu gönderilir; her internet isteğinde olduğu gibi IP adresin bu servis tarafından görülebilir. Kişisel ya da fatura verisi gönderilmez.
Paylaşım: Bir belgeyi e-posta, WhatsApp, SMS ya da paylaşım menüsüyle gönderdiğinde, belge senin seçtiğin uygulamaya aktarılır ve o uygulamanın gizlilik politikası geçerli olur.
Ödeme linkleri: Girdiğin ödeme linkleri (ör. iyzico, PayTR, PayPal) yalnızca cihazında saklanır ve belgelerine eklenir. Müşterin linke tıkladığında ilgili ödeme sağlayıcısının sitesine gider; Ondue kart bilgisi almaz ve ödeme işlemez.

7. Saklama süresi ve silme

Veriler, sen silene kadar cihazında kalır. Uygulamayı silmek cihazdaki tüm verileri siler. iCloud yedeğini silmek için iPhone'unda Ayarlar › adın › iCloud › Hesap Depolamasını Yönet › Ondue yolunu izleyebilirsin.

8. Hakların

KVKK ve GDPR kapsamında kişisel verilerine erişme, düzeltme ve silme gibi hakların vardır. Verilerin bizde değil, tamamen senin kontrolünde olduğu için bu hakları doğrudan uygulama içinden kullanabilirsin. Her türlü soru için bize yazabilirsin.

9. Çocuklar

Ondue işletmeler için tasarlanmıştır ve 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı güncellersek yeni sürümü bu sayfada, yürürlük tarihiyle birlikte yayınlarız.

Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 17, 2026

In short: Ondue does not collect any personal data. There is no account, no server, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Everything you enter stays on your device and, if you choose, in your own iCloud account. We cannot see it.

1. Who we are

Ondue is an invoice, quote, receipt and expense app for freelancers and small businesses. This policy covers the Ondue app for iOS and this website. For data protection questions under the GDPR and other privacy laws, contact us at ondue.destek@gmail.com.

2. Data we collect

None. Ondue has no server and the app sends no data to us. No sign-up or login is required. The app contains no advertising, no analytics, no crash-reporting service and no technology that tracks you across other apps or websites.

3. Data stored on your device

What you enter is kept only in the app's database on your iPhone:

Your business details (name, address, tax ID, logo, signature, bank details and payment links)
Your clients and their contact details
Invoices, quotes, receipts, credit notes and recorded payments
Expenses and the photos you attach
Your app settings

You are responsible for the accuracy of this information and for having a lawful basis to process your clients' data; Ondue is only a tool that stores it on your device.

4. iCloud backup

When iCloud backup is on, a copy of your app data is saved in Apple's iCloud Drive, in a private area of your own account that only Ondue can access. It is used to restore your data when you reinstall the app or move to a new iPhone. We have no access to this backup. You can turn backup off in the app under Settings. iCloud is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

5. Permissions

Permission	Used for
Notifications	Overdue-invoice reminders and occasional tips. They are scheduled on your device, never sent from a server.
Contacts	Importing a client from your contacts. Only the contact you pick is copied into the app; your address book is not read or sent anywhere.
Camera & Photos	Adding a logo, invoice attachments and expense receipt photos.

You can change permissions at any time in your iPhone's Settings › Ondue.

6. Third parties

Apple (App Store and subscriptions): Purchases and renewals are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details; the app only asks Apple whether your subscription is active.
Exchange rates (Frankfurter / European Central Bank): Only when you tap Update rates, the app requests current rates from api.frankfurter.dev. The request contains only a currency code; as with any internet request, the service can see your IP address. No personal or invoice data is sent.
Sharing: When you send a document by email, WhatsApp, SMS or the share sheet, it is handed to the app you choose and that app's privacy policy applies.
Payment links: Payment links you enter (e.g. PayPal, Stripe) are stored only on your device and printed on your documents. When your client opens one, they go to that provider's website; Ondue does not take card details or process payments.

7. Retention and deletion

Your data stays on your device until you delete it. Deleting the app deletes all data on the device. To delete the iCloud backup, go to Settings › your name › iCloud › Manage Account Storage › Ondue on your iPhone.

8. Your rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR give you rights to access, correct and delete your personal data. Because your data is entirely under your control and not held by us, you can exercise these rights directly in the app. Write to us with any question.

9. Children

Ondue is designed for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.

10. Changes

If we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its effective date.
